Lemon Bars

Crust:

1 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour

Pat into 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Filling:

4 eggs (lightly beaten)
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Grated rind of 2 lemons

Pour over hot crust and return to oven for 20-25 minutes. When cool dust with powdered sugar and cut into bars.
