| Fairfax Fresh is a small citrus
orchard in Fairfax, California. We sell organically grown Meyer lemons. Family
owned and operated, we are located in a prime citrus growing area with summer
heat as well as a coastal influence. The orchard is on a south-facing slope with
wonderful soil. |

| Our water is supplied by Marin
Municipal Water District and is constantly monitored to insure high quality. We
have open space and watershed land all the way to the ocean, nine miles to the
west. As a small local grower we believe in using organic farm practices; from
starting cuttings, to composting, to the feed and range provided to our poultry.
Organically grown trees will produce healthy fruit with increased nutritional
value. We have found that sustainable agriculture is the best way to both
enhance and utilize this wonderful spot. All our fruit is hand picked the same
day it is ordered and carefully packed in tubes for shipping or baskets/large
glass jars for local delivery. This insures quality and freshness as well as
convenience to our clients. Any suggestions for improving service and
distribution will be studied and acted upon in a timely manner. |
